Project Assistant

Carrying out market research to study about food recipes, ingredients, cooking methods of specialities which are based on region and locality;




Planning and Market Research: Searching and selecting accordant customers and competitors segment; proposing conduct methods and evaluating result after research;




Reporting Directly to Project manager and the Chairman about development tendency in F&B field, customer behavior and demand;




Analyzing and assessing the potential of the market;




Coordinating with Project manager in building/maintaining relationship with partners in Restaurant segment, local authorities, …;




Participating in the development process of key projects (tourism, hotels and real estate, Internet services, …);




Preparing relevant documents to the Project;




Providing support to the Project manager in the follow up after meetings and completion of different project work plans;




Other tasks within scope of responsibility required by the Project Manager and Chairman.

HCM based




At least 2 year experiences in equivaent role: Assistant/Project manager, Market Research,… experience in F&B industry is a plus;




Great communication and engagement skills;




Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be self-motivated; be able to work independently;




Command at English (especially in Speaking and Writing skills);




Good problem solving, organizational and multitasking skills;




Flexibility and adaptability with high willingness travel.
