Project Based Mechanical Engineer/Electric Engineer

Abilities to plan, coordinates and priorities workload.
Project based expected to be 7 to 9 months completion. Employees can be upgrade to permanent staff if good attitude is recognized by management team.
Ensure layout marking is fully matching with client&039;s requirements.
Attend projects meeting with foreign clients and local sub- contractors.
Good communication, problem solving, people management and motivational skills.
Ensure equipment arrival are quantities counted, well inspected and unloaded correctly.
Able to make any reports as requested for project claims and handover.
Able to work under pressure and strong responsibilities mindset.
Implement schedules and priorities; assign, supervise and review the work of Mechanical sub- contractor in a wide variety of mechanical installation; inspect work in progress and upon completion for compliance to client&039;s expectations.
Align with electrical and safety team to optimize and maximize the installation progress.
Ensure any incidents on- site will be reported as soon as they take place.
Overall knowledge and understanding of conveyor and lifter system, cranes, steel structures and other wide variety of mechanical system installation method.

Proactive to communicate and update information to manager.
Consistent to make daily, weekly and monthly report to manager.
Good at English communication and work with foreigners.
Flexible to support project after working hours or public holidays (if needed).
Analytical approach to problem- solving capability, ownership, and never- give- up attitude.
High responsibilities, collaborative, open- minded and resourceful.
Minimize the risks of additional expenses from happening.
Independent to lead sub- contractor to follow the schedule and installation quality.
Good at time management and planning skills.
Working time: Monday to Saturday (08:00am- 17:00pm).
Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, under high work pressure.
At least 2 years of experience in site management.
