Project Communication Specialist

Project Development of Nutrition and Health Projects
• Weekly/Monthly/yearly report Projects’ progress to superiors.
• Cooperate with related Sections/Departments and related authorities, organizations, partners,… to make detailed plan and proceed development of platforms, functions, data, menus and contents of Nutrition and Health Projects (hereinafter referred to as Projects);
• Build and maintain good relationships with related authorities, organization, partners, agencies, vendors for supporting Projects;
• Follow up Project’s planning and development progress, manage budget, timeline and coordinate among cross teams and partners during the process;
Deploy and communicate Projects to Authorities, organizations, community, general consumers and employees
• Coordinate closely with related Section/ Division to make deployment & communication plan and execute the plan;
• Organize conferences, workshop, direct and online training to communicate Projects to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Develop contents on communication channels such as Facebook fanpage, Zalo Official Account, YouTube channel, etc.;
• Maintain good relationships with related Authorities, organizations and beneficiaries in order to support communication and business activities of Company;
Other roles and responsibilities assigned by Managers relating to communication activities

- Marketing/ Project Communication skills or relevant experiences; have the ability in content writing and to use basic design tools.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Graduated with Bachelor&039;s Degree majoring in Science, Biotechnology, Food/ Nutrition Technology, Economics,… or related majors.
- Excellent English ability.
