Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support project coordination for our Australia- based customer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and engagement skills, the ability to ask pertinent questions, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and at pace.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Foster a positive and productive working relationship with the customer and internal teams.
Act as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and the Australia- based customer, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up- to- date.
Proactively ask questions and seek clarification to ensure a thorough understanding of project goals and deliverables.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure project requirements are met.

Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international clients, particularly in Australia.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
