Your Responsibilities
Facilitate effective written & verbal communication among project clients/developers through meetings, emails, Slack, Whatsapps, or other communication channels.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation based on defined scope, objectives and deliverables.
Maintain all project- related documents (project plans, schedules, requirements, design documents, meeting notes, etc.) via Google Suite.
Regularly review and assess project deliverables against the established standards, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to maintain high- quality outputs.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Assign tasks to team members based on availability and project&039;s requirements; ensure that all team members understand their tasks and client expectations.
Maintain a professional and positive working atmosphere within the project team.
Daily report to higher managers on project progress, risks, and issues.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle (schedule slippage, scope creep, resource constraint, quality issue, etc.) and proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
Requirements
a/ Must have
Ability to convey information clearly and formally to stakeholders at all levels.
Detail- oriented, responsible, proactive.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors.
Have 2 years of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experience in the IT industry is an advantage).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
Understand and meet the needs and expectations of clients or stakeholders.
b/ Nice to have
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
