What you will do:
Act as Ecosystem coordinator to handle various exercises with internal and external stakeholders for general work of the Center; participate in meetings, conduct meeting minutes then follow and push up progress for related works.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate about project objectives, activities and timelines.
Work closely with Head of Ecosystem Center and Project Owners to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for various projects.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Quickly raise any anticipated risks and seek support from senior team to dissolve the issues in advance.
Conduct research and acquire general business knowledge for different use cases.
Perform various coordinating tasks like schedule management along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
Assist internal and external teams with schedule management using tools to monitor.
Market research, company profiling, competition landscape analysis or other industry insights relevant for each use case of Ecosystem Center
Proactively analyze existing data and identify new data sources to support more impactful analyses
Be responsible to organize internal events: Center conference, happy hour, team building, yearly thank- you (year- end) event, etc.
Provide administrative support to Head of Eco including arrangement of working schedule, meeting set up, travel arrangement, reimbursement, stationery and equipment order, etc.
Handle other adhoc tasks when needed.
