Project Coordinator Executive

- Plan detail production schedule and resource based on Projects’ scope of work
- Ensure the project run according to the schedule
- Take care of clients: communicating, updating files/ projects/ revision, delivering files and receiving feedback via email, skype, phone, ETC.
- Collecting Client data, project information and brief
- Cooperate and work with supplier to ensure the project tasks are carried out probably
- Follow up client’s projects marketing/ outcome to maximize the marketing effectiveness.
- Update documentary and project info on Company internal management system
- Execute community development plan and supervise resources involved such as preparing topics/ articles/ collections provided by 3D artists, contact famous 3D artists in Vietnam and worldwide to develop community, ETC.
- Support Marketing if any

- At least 1-2 years working as project coordinator or relevant experience
- Fluent in English both in writing, speaking, reading, listening
- Excellent communication and project management skill
- Structural and systematic thinking
- Friendly, Energetic, Good teamwork & independent working
