Project Coordinator- Steel Structure Industry

*Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, or in- person, ensuring timely and accurate responses.- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing.- Maintain and update customer databases, records and reports.- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects and orders, providing updates to PMD and clients as needed.- Monitor closely fabrication activities of suppliers to ensure all projects are under control.- Coordinate with logistics for the timely delivery of products to clients.- Provide after- sales support, addressing any issues related to the product or service.- Other works are assigned by manager.

The primary role of the Project coordinator is to assist the Project Management Department (PMD) by managing project schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments, between clients and suppliers. This role is essential in helping PMD meet their targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in project management, or related roles in the construction or steel industry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of steel structure products and construction industry standards.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Careful, highly responsible and especially good at solving problems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
