Project Coordinator

We are hiring a dynamic Project Coordinator to manage our day- to- day projects and partner relationships. You will be responsible for managing partners (universities, enterprises, experts) and related projects, tracking project progress, and supporting on/offline activities and communications as well as managing our innovative AI- based business matching system.Key responsibilities

We facilitate partnerships among universities, enterprises, and local communities to advance innovation in sectors such as Smart & Organic Agriculture, Green & Circular Economy, Healthcare & Wellness, Education Technology, and Advanced Industrial Technologies.
Project Coordination
- Actively collaborate with content marketing teams for consistent branding and impactful content distribution.
- Maintain productive relationships with B2B clients, enterprises, universities, government agencies, and local industry experts.
- Prepare detailed project documentation (timelines, checklists, minutes, proposals, market reports).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on/offline activities including business matching, workshops, seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
Data management & Insights
- Maintain and update partner and customer information databases.
- Operate and manage AI- Agent tools to automate the business matching system
- Continuously monitor and optimize the AI- Agent system’s performance and efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer responses, market insights, and project KPIs 3. Manage AI- Based Business Matching
- Provide analytical reports and recommendations based on system- generated data and outcomes.
- Generate actionable insights from CRM data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and data- driven decision- making.
- Familiarity with AI- driven lead generation tools, marketing automation, or CRM automation systems.
- Comfortable working in a cross- cultural environment and adapting quickly to new technologies.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in Project Coordination, Business Development, Marketing Automation, CRM, or related roles. Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred fields: Business, IT, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields).
