Project Director

Project Director develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals; Provides overall strategic governance for project by establishing standards, processes, and equipment used for effective project delivery; Establishes methodologies to set productivity and quality targets; Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions. Project Director monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop and manage Project Management team
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, reporting system
- Ensure that project results are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Perform other duties assigned by BOD

- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
- 15 – 20 year experience in project management, technical management, business develop management, preferred in Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Industry, Oil Refining and Petrochemistry. Further education in project management is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PMS and Accounting systems
- Excellent communication skills, task and project manager driven.
