Project Engineer

Initiate the project:
- Issuing PIF (certified by PM), TML, project plan or schedule, F.C drawing, and other project documents for other relevant departments to implement.
- Make a detailed plan for the implementation of submitted drawings if required by the customer.
- Follow up the implementation plan of work related to subcontractors.
- Receiving and clarifying P.I.F from the sales department to ensure that the information on the scope of work, TML, Spec of materials, milestones and payment is consistent with the LOI, BOQ and the terms of the contract.
- Detailed planning of the shop, production and delivery to the construction site.
- Make detailed plan to submit samples and purchase materials.
- Monitor and control project execution plan
- Issue the project implementation plan after it is confirmed by the PM in charge.
Project Execution Management:
- Monitor the NCR status of the project.
- Periodically report on project implementation and problems.
- Summarize and track the status of payment records.
- Monitor the status of submission drawings, SHOP drawings and report to PM if there are problems to be handled
- Issue and track work orders arising outside of BOM
- Follow up the production plan, delivery for the project.
- Publish approved drawings to detail department to make shop drawings (Applicable to design cases from customers).
- Track expenses through change from customer or change against PIF through LSX PS.
- Monitor the status of sample approval and procurement of materials.
Project Closure:
- Notification of completion of production and delivery to the factory, sales, accounting, PMD and construction
- Report on completion of production and delivery plan
- General report of NCR and LSXPS.

Have good communication skills
Understande of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 system
Handle situations decisively and according to company regulations
Proficient in the use of office computers and project management software
English comunication is a plus
Bachelor Degree with majoring in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management
At least 01 year of working experience in the field of project coordination in the field of steel structure / 03 years of experience in the field of construction.
