Project Engineer (Hydraulic) Palfinger Marine Vietnam Co., Ltd

- Ensure that all involved disciplines are aligned and matching each other in the interface.
- The role is responsible for the hydraulic design of machines in the maritime environment.
- Maintains, together with his direct reporting line, the technical scope and makes sure all deliverables are finished within the set time of the project plan.
- Develop cost efficient and modularized subsystems, in cooperation with the responsible CoEs/Product Management, which also need to be maintained for a serial production setup.
- Being the dedicated point of contact for all other interfaces within the project (such as Project management, Purchase, Production, Quality) regarding to the hydraulic matter.
- Set up the main design, evaluation and dimensioning of hydraulic systems, HPUs, control valves and piping. combined with overall Mechanical and structural design of the scope.
- Supervise that all (internal, Regulatory and customer) requirements are implemented within the technical design of hydraulic
- The Project engineer is responsible for the overall technical concept of hydraulic from the moment he is assigned up- to the closure of the project scope.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technics, majoring in hydraulic engineering or automation engineering
Experience & knowledge
- Proficient level of using the Hydraulic and automation designing tools (e.g. E.g. FluidSIM, Automation studio.)
- Familiar with product line management software
- Proficient level of using the designing tools (e.g. Solid Edge, Inventor, Solid Work, Creo)
- Good at hydraulic system analysis and design
- Requirements out of standards and regulations (e.g. functional safety) need to be known and considered.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in technical roles within the Hydraulic mechanical engineering or similar roles
- Make sure to comply with Palfinger applicable Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and achieves Palfinger EHS Policy & Goals.
- Abide by Company EHS Practice.
