Project Engineer in Bac Ninh

Project Development
• Participates on project development with contribution on development technical solution, project costing and planning
Project realization
• Prepares and organizes necessary meetings (with contractors or AL internal)
• Supervise regulation compliance and QA/QC implementation, safety policies, budget, progress, plan
• Prepares procurement specifications for equipment
• Project document control
• Participates in detail design
• Handles internal and external communication
• Integrates and validates integration of installation
• Obtains validation from Design Authority or uses validated standard designs
• Identifies Elements Important for Safety (EIS) with Industrial Risk Management Representative (IRMR) and other parties
• Supervise the site daily works and interact with contractors and customers or other stake holders
• Follows up & evaluates risk assessment plan
• Report implementation progress of plans
• Reports anomalies
• Orders and receives necessary parts
• Provides billing information
• Defines interface for utilities and process of customer
• Establishes detail execution schedule/ plan
• Follows up planning and budget
• Project review in case of change of scope, inform the stakeholders, ask additional budget if needed
• Manages project in line with Air Liquide Vietnam management system, Industrial Management System (IMS) and customer rules local regulation
Start up and handover
• Determines working budget for continuous maintenance purposes
• Supervises start up or delegates to competent parties with facility manager and SHE responsible, including testing of the pressure systems
• Closes project for billing
• Completes technical files and hands them over to operations
• Provides necessary information to maintenance teams for implementation maintenance plans on invested equipment

• Technical understanding of gas physical and production processes
• Working understanding of procedures and regulatory for customer gas industrial installations & applications

• Strong knowledge of engineering & project methodologies

• Interpersonal and communication skills. Safety oriented
