Project Engineer/Kỹ Sư Dự Án

· Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
· Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
· Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications
· Develop strategies to evaluate precision and accuracy of analytical equipment, tests & measurements and production equipment.
· Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
· Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
· Create, release BOM/ECN and daily engineering activity
· Work with cross functional team to Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
· Lead, transfer, direct and assist technical, professional staff, measuring and testing a product or a service.
· Cooperate and communicate effectively with Senior Engineering Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline
· Gentle and logical attitude
· Require to work in factory.
· Good knowledge about Production is an advantage
· Need travel to overseas when request
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferable in electronics industry
· Require to work overtime when necessary.
· Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
· Fluent English. If could speak some Mandarin will preferable but not necessary.
