Project Executive

Engage with Product Development Centre (PDC) team in Apparel field and purpose to deliver project on- time and transparent data, this position will contribute data analysis skills and presentation skills to create improvement continuous environment. Support PDC team to achieve desired outcomes at scale. This role works with PDC management, Projects team, and Procurement team from defining project scope to actual saving, to save fabric and increase sustainable for Hirdaramani Fashion Garments company. In addition, this role also works with global PDC team Sri Lanka, Bangladesh to provide SOPs and follow up on standard workflow.
- Support PDC team to analyze Left- over fabric monthly report.
- Work closely with project teams to delivery actual saving report monthly
- Project coordinator and follow up Product Development Centre (PDC) projects regarding save fabric, develop new software, reducing left- over fabric,…
- Improve PDC working excel file by pivot table, format condition, draw charts,...
- Monitor and control progress to meet the project timeline.
- Prepare and release SOPs across the global PDC team with CPDTO direction.
- Assist to Chief Product Development & Technical Officer (CPDTO) about schedule meeting, business trip, documents and report.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Prepare presentation for PDC Leadership team for buyer visit.

- Subject Expert In: Business, Process & Data analytics.
- Excellent MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Integrity, attention to details.
- Project management skills. Communication skills, negotiation skills.
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Apparel, Economic, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and enjoys collaborating with others to develop solutions to resolve issues.
- Experience in VBA, Power Query, Power BI is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years&039; experience in similar capacity.
