Project Executive

Ensure the quality and quantity of works are done according to the standards, specification requirement, method statement, design drawings, …

Liaise with contractors for quotation, drawings…. Prepare the CAD drawing as required
E- filing and general administrative works.
Planning of manpower and resources in terms of installation, of trucking and of movers.
Monitor the progress, cost and quality of the construction works; ensures it complies with the standard required by the company.
Support Sales team in term of technical amtters
Other tasks assigned by Director
Good communication Skills and able to handle customer complaints and feedback
Receive brief from Sale/Customer. Analyze project requirements, cost estimates, negotiate, assist in confirmed projects and coordination of work.
Report to the General Manager/ Director

• Creative in problem solving.
• Proficient in Vietnamese & English (Written and Spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office proficiency, AutoCAD
• Have knowledge about aluminum and glass and know how to read facade drawings have experience in making aluminum and glass for 1 advantag, brief knowledge of furniture, read detailed drawing instructions... if you have experience on the site.
• Willing to work overtime and travel to other provinces or overseas as required.
• Good interpersonal skills and well organized
• Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Experienced in interior project (min 2 years’ experience).

Salary: 12- 15 trd gross + Commission, KPI, 13th month salary (up to your experience)
Review Salary: once a year

Insurance: base on gross salary
