Project Expert Finance In S/4 Tax

Overall
• Conduct the key user training
• Interface between accounting and other process areas; IT and central departments as well as the key users of business units in the context of the project
• Identify the new requirements and develop the solutions
• Planning and coordination of scoping, training, migration, testing, defect handling and go- live
• Implementation of accounting processes tax (B2R, B2C, I2P) for division BBM (Bosch automotive) on a country / entity level
In detail
• Responsible for Tax Code analysis and mapping jointly with the C/TX Tax Coordinator (see RASIC slide no. 4)
• Responsible for general Tax Customizing Requirements (per entity, country settings will be applicable only for the first entity in a country, e.g tax procedure)
• Supporting Tax Coordinator central tax (C/TX) within the Requirement process discovery phase
• Responsible for the migration preparation (FL, Initial Load and Go Live):
• Key- User Training, training on operational processing and country- specific developments
• Within the discovery phase: basic enabling/deep dive for standard processes/tools ( e.g., ACR, TCE, Vertex, Tax Ledger
• Test case coordination & tracking (not scoping)
• Error Log Handling
• 1st Level Support for questions and defects based on process documentation

Qualifications
• Fluent in speaking/writing English
• 4- 5 years experience in the accounting process or related process areas
• Experience in working in international teams
• Ability to traveling
• Solid Expertise in SAP FI module and general SAP overview especially SD/MM/CO, S/4 experience is plus
• Tax related experience is plus
• Experience in Project Management is plus
• Orientation on goals, initiative, self- driven.
• University Degree in Business, Economics, IT or similar;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, excellent problem- solving capability
