Scope of work

Communicate the status of major milestones, and conduct regular status meetings with key stakeholders to review project activities.
Ability to link business consequences to a project‘s progress, goals, functionality, cost/benefit and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Leading the development and refinement of program/ project requirements, estimates, plans and implementations. Incumbents are also responsible for using the multi- sourcing strategy and for the maintenance of project plans.
Manage, motivate and lead project teams to meet project objectives & quality.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and team resource
Assess the performance of project team members, and contribute to performance evaluations
Continuous Improvement- Identifying and driving areas where the team and process can improve the way we deliver high- quality release
Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Proficient in project management tools and software
At least 5 years of experience in software development.
Fluent in English
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Detail- oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, S/W Engineering or IT- related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Professional certification or relevant training in project management is a plus.

Technical requirement:

Strong research and feasibility analysis skills to assess the practicality and viability of new ideas and technologies.
Your C++/Python programming skills and engineering know- how
Expertise in Visual Camera- related software development (Camera Calibration, Stereo Matching, Visual Pose Estimation, Visual Inspection, etc.)
Software Algorithm RnD is a crucial plus, especially in SLAM, Graph Optimization, Optimizers, Solvers, 6D Pose Estimation, FFT, DFT, etc.
Highly evaluated in Computer Vision/AI (Algorithm, OpenCV library, OpenGL, Vision AI modeling, Deep/Machine Learning, etc.)
You have experience with cross- platform development, preferably Linux, and Android on various hardware platforms: Nvidia, Snapdragon, FPGA, etc.
