Project Management

Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with cross- functional teams, including IT, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead the end- to- end implementation of the WMS system, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
SOP Development:
- Develop training materials and guides to support SOP implementation.
- Ensure SOPs are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of warehouse operations.
Product Rollout:
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end- users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the initial rollout phase.
- Gather feedback from users and make necessary adjustments to the system.
- Plan and execute the rollout of the WMS to warehouse staff.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops as needed.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated logical thinking and critical thinking abilities.
- Willingness to accept and embrace challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven experience in building or implementing ERP projects focusing on warehouse and inventory management modules, as well as related projects.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
