Build methodology & framework for sale intelligence initiatives: seller survey, analysis on churn reasons, seller demand, and market offering.
Coordinate resource to implement related projects.
Collect insights & propose action plans from sale intelligence initiatives.

Sync up sale Intelligence with sale planning team

Supervise project implementation.
Handover framework, work instruction for Sale planning team

Support other sale initiatives

Coordinate with sale team in term of methodology, framework & implement to make sure other sale projects run as C-level expectation

Fraud detection projects with Ops team & Compliance

Review model result for accuracy/ C-level expectation
Coordinate with BI, Ops & Sale team on issue defining, project development
Bounce ideas for further development

Performance improvement initiatives

Propose new Sale - Ops performance initiatives based on actual performance & reports
Analyze intelligence reports for insight & action plans

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Analyst, Project Management, Consulting, Corporate Strategy
