Project Management Executive, Game Entertainment

We are looking for a responsible Project Management Executive to coordinate game’ eSports projects.
Successful candidate&039;s responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, managing all communication and ensuring their requirements, as well as establishing comprehensive action plans and resources to deliver the projects on time and within budget.
Scope of work

Set up and host business meetings, discussions among relevant parties
Optimize workflow, ensure smooth interaction and communication among internal teams
Develop comprehensive eSports project briefs and plans by dividing projects into manageable steps, establish deadlines, allocate budget and resources that aligned with set goals and needs, and generate reports
Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise and ensure outputs from cross functions meet the KPI that have been set beforehand
Build up and maintain positive relationships with business partners and internal teams
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions to contribute to the overall performance of the projects
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business partners and other stakeholders, managing all communication and ensuring their expectations and requirements are met
Present local insights, ideas for project innovation and provide regular updates and progress reports to partners
Coordinate all project management activities, working processes, resources among all stakeholders and partners

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Proactive, great sense of responsibility, well- organized and detail- oriented
Ability to multi- task, time management and stakeholders’ management skills
Minimum English IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal teams
At least 1 YOE with proven success in project management. Experience in the gaming industry or eSports scene is a huge plus
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare and interpret coherent presentations, flowcharts, schedules and step- by- step action plans
Hands- on experience with management tools (e.g. Airtable, Slack, etc.)
