Project Management - IT Software

Directly take part in software development, deployment, and project implementation;
Be responsible for a training plan to boost the members’ capacities;
Coordinate to solve other projects’ technical issues in the company;
Discuss and collaborate with relevant departments to make sure the development procedures and project quality are followed.
Monitor and assign tasks to the team members based on the projects’ requirements;
Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC to define and execute client requirements;

Good English communication skills;
Know about IT Outsourcing, Agile project implementation process;
Excellent communication and Collaboration;
At least 5 years experience at PM position in IT sector;
Skills in problem solving, negotiation with clients, team management;
Project management certification (such as ACP, PMI, PMP) is preferred;
Technical or business analysis experience is an advantage.
