Project manager

Project management:
• Structure and plan the project in a logical manner (subprojects and work packages) as well as organizes resources, plans costs and time.
• Analyze critical paths, chances and risks during the project.
• Control Compliance with Schaeffler project management process.
• Control project with regards to the timing plan, investment, synergies, costs etc…, as well as the deviation.
• Define required capacity, resource for the project.
• Project launching.
• Report project status to Project Sponsor, Steering Committee.
• Discuss, agree and reflect the targets, content and approaches with the customer and the assigned project teams.
• Ensure completion of project documentation (Project Categorization, Request, Charter, Change Request, Monthly Status Report, Close- out, etc.).
• Support other functions and colleagues in achieving their goals, especially support the Sub- project leaders.
• Acquire the necessary basic competence for Schaeffler project management.
• Finalize project targets together with the Project Sponsor.
• Estimate and track risks together with project team.
Samples management:
• Align with segment managers on sample production schedule.
• Ensure samples (IOP) in the system according to project maturity.
• Seek for new opportunities out of the existing tools with less efforts to generate new orders/types.
• Follow- up customer release together with responsible team.
• Coordinate, facilitate, track all samples until shipping to the internal and external customer according to customer request. Report the status to plant team and Samples team.

• More than 2 years’ experience in leading projects.
• Fluent English in spoken and written.
• Social and intercultural competence and teamwork and working in networks.
• Technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering).
