Project Manager

● Responsible for overseeing, managing, and taking overall accountability for the assigned project.
● Report assigned projects to the General Manager.
● Guide leaders in planning, anticipating potential project risks, and proposing resolution strategies.
● Project Management a team size ranging from 15 to 30 individuals.
● Create and manage documentation throughout the entire project development process.
● Measure project performance using tools such as Backlog and Jira.
● Identify, monitor, manage, prevent, and resolve potential project issues.
● Build and manage schedule plans to ensure timely and accurate project progress and adherence to plans.

● Over 5 years of experience in project management with team sizes exceeding 15 members.
● Mastery of project management methods and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
● Experience in programming in one of the following languages: Javascript, Ruby, Python, Java is a plus
● Proficient in communication in both written and spoken English or Japanese is a plus.
● Possess skills in negotiation, leadership, and teamwork.

● Participate in daily tea break activities, lively events, sports activities such as football and games, and monthly open talks.
● Salary range: 40- 60Million VNĐ (Gross)
● Full salary during the probation period.
