Establish cooperation with clients (top developers for hospitality/real estate/shopping mall, consultants, etc)
Identify and create new business opportunities, sales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow- up
Responsible for completing the team&039;s sales targets and customer development goals.
Drive customer relationship management and retention program
Recruit, train, sales coaching, performance management
Develop, execute, and meet short and long- term sales goals
Create brand awareness in professional channels (lighting designers/consultants, clients)
Other jobs required by head office.
Crisis management and complaint handling

Skill

Have management skills, Capable of connecting any work.
Above 5 years experience in project- base sales of architectural- lighting fixtures, familiar with project- base sales process(experience in hospitality and residential lighting projects is a Plus)
Skill in recruiting and monitoring employee performance.
Accept frequent business trip, strong ability to work under pressure, optimistic personality and good communication and relationship building skills.
Bachelor degree, excellent command of English or Chinese in written & verbal communication,excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Work experience in architectural lighting company is a plus.
Age below 40 years.
