Project Manager

Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS)
Manage the ITMS (Helpdesk, Monitoring, Operations, Maintenance) Project for JP/US Customer.
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
Establish and execute a project plan

At least two (2) years+ experience as Project PM from 5- 10 people or experience in a similar role
To know with ITIL v4 is a plus
College graduated
To have experience within an IT Service Management role conducting development of Information Technology processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domain have experience in IT Managed Service is a plus
To have experience in project management with KR/US customers are preferred
Be able to independently manage and take responsibility for the results of the project
Good leadership, teamwork & motivate members.
Be able to communicate with customers in Korean/English is a plus

Salary: negotiation
For candidates working in Hoa Lac- there is a shuttle bus- work the first 3 months in Hoa Lac and then move back to work at FPT Duy Tan
