We Are Looking for a Project Manager
Job Responsibilities

Prepare and manage proposals, orders, and contracts for international clients via meetings, email, or calls.
Lead sourcing efforts for domestic and international suppliers in mechanical, building materials sectors.
Oversee projects, monitor progress, and ensure completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
Ensure project documentation (technical issues, weights, quantity, prices, contracts) is properly maintained and kept up- to- date.
Identify potential risks or delays, develop mitigation plans, and promptly inform stakeholders.
Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
Provide weekly/monthly reports and strategic updates to senior management.
Maintain the highest level of customer service while optimizing cost efficiencies.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to guarantee timely deliveries.
Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and documentation of outcomes.
Communicate with international customers to clarify project needs and resolve inquiries.

Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
Strong communication and time- management skills.
Capability to work under strict deadlines.
Candidates with experience in construction, mechanical industries, building materials or related fields.
Hands- on experience with MS Office, Acad, technical softwares.
Well organizational, multitasking skills, customer services.
