Project Manager

Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities.
Produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad- hoc).
Manage projects including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management.
Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning
Coordinate with Resource manager, sales, onshore and client for resource staffing requests.
Participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project’s members.
Coordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction.
Lead project teams to implement eCustom projects.
Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet

Good at communication, project management, staff motivation and leaderships skills
Qualification B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent 10 years of work experiences the same position.
In- depth understanding of the eCustom system in Vietnam (VNACCS/VCIS). Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall…)
Fluent in English
Strong decision- making skills and a results- driven approach
