Project Manager

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Develop full- scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Determinethe frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with project management software/tools.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Proven experience in project management.
Strong attention to detail and multi- tasking skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Optional Requirements

Proficiency and background in any of the following languages: NodeJS, Python, Ruby, Java, C, etc.
Knowing Japanese is beneficial.
Candidates with prior work experience in Japan are preferred.
