Project Manager

- Manage contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources, .
- Manage interfaces on site between contractors
- Assess the main risks/Issues etc of the project and update, report daily, weekly on Company’s 9PMP System
- Manage all tendering process, award of contracts and cost control.
- To ensure that the works are carried out on site in accordance with the latest approved drawings and specifications at the time of execution.
- Prepare supporting documents for project management works from initial stage, construction stage until testing and commission stage.
- Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Lead the project team to meet the requirement of client in term of safety, quality, schedule and satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on site

- More than 10 years of working experience in the building construction industry in a management position with responsibility in Planning, Contract, Cost and Project Management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak English well.
- Project Management/Construction Supervision license – Grade I is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant.
- Good Interpersonal, communication, decision making, planning, leadership, reporting, problem-solving, time, risk, conflict, and budget skills.
- Experience in residential/commercial/retail/Hospitality/Industry projects with high standard of finishes.
