Project Manager

- Develop plans to prevent and overcome risks that may occur during the project implementation process.
- Control the scope of work in the project in accordance with the signed contract.
- Develop plans to manage the handover items in the project.
- Evaluate the results of the project participants when closing the project.
- Negotiate and reach agreement with customers about project stages, acceptance criteria for each stage, communication mechanism in the project, roles and responsibilities of each member of the project.
- Supervise and push project members to work on schedule.
- Coordinate with customers to develop detailed project implementation plans and necessary resources for the project.
- Review the project’s objectives upon receiving the contract.
- Coordinate with IT on both sides to prepare the necessary hardware infrastructure for the project.
- Share the successes and lessons learned in the project with the relevant departments.
- Review and re-evaluate the project plan after each stage.
- Coordinate with DEV, BA, QC departments to determine the plan to use resources for the project.
- Develop plans to control the handover quality of the project.
- Manage arising requests according to the company&039;s procedures / procedures.

- Proficient in MS Project,
