Project Manager (Agile/ Scrum/ .Net) ~ Up to $2000

Solve team conflict to ensure project teamwork and motivate member.
Manage project stack- holder for both internal and external.
Build project team by training/coaching members.
Collaborate with technical leader, group leader for estimation, planning.
Communicate to customers about project requirements, scope of work, estimation, project plan and milestone.
Direct and monitor project team to execute project based on defined project plan.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Manage software projects: Quality- Cost- Delivery monitoring & management.
Tracking/evaluate project member performance.
Work directly with customer about requirement and schedule.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have a strong knowledge in software development life- cycle from Requirement definition to System Testing
Experience with Gitlab, Github
At least 2 years experience in managing software development projects
Good at soft- skill, specially communication skill, decision- making skill, reporting
Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Waterfall, Agile/ Scrum…)
Have strong knowledge in project management area like Scope management, Resource Management, Time management, Cost management, Risk management and Quality management and so on
Good problem- solving skills, sense of ownership and track record in leadership
Excellent skills in English or Japanese communication (both written and spoken)
Software programming languages and business analysis skill
Strong technical background (mostly .Net)
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field/similar project management certifications

Participate in travel and team building activities with the company
