Project Manager (B2B, Enterprise,...)

Manage a portfolio of projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management, and deliverables
Coordinate internal team (Integration team, Marketing team,...)and third parties/vendors/merchants’ team to develop project plans and facilitate the flawless execution of projects.
Identify, manage and mitigate risk throughout the project and keep stakeholders aware of the risks.
Measure project performance, deliver status reports, proposals, and presentations.
Take care and maintain relationship with customer
Follow up & track projects progress, ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Coordinate with the BD team in presales and pitching to customers about deals, legal contract,...
Tracking resource availability and allocation, develop resource usage plan
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and Stakeholders.

Bachelor&039;s Degree or equivalent
Comfort with a fast- paced environment and changing requirements
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step- by- step action plans
You are a detail- oriented and goal- driven person
At least 3- 5 years of experience in end- to- end project execution as Project Manager/ Project Coordinator role, preferably in B2B, HRM system.
Hands- on experience with project management tools
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time- management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
Strong client- facing and teamwork skills
