Position willing to be in charge of the warehouse system construction project for YCH Group.
Loction: Thuận An, Bình Dương (gần trạm thu phí càu Ông bố)
Review and recommend relevant consultants for the project including negotiating of professional fees and preparation and executing of appointment letters;
Prepare regular executive planning and construction progress reports to the Management Control Team in relation to tracking of timeline, costing, labour and other resources allocation.
Ensure that the project is administered and executed to the satisfaction of the owning company(ies), Management Control Team and Board of Directors, in accordance to the contractual agreement and safety standards and compliant to the Company policies and procedures.
Manage, coordinate and be the main liaison point- of- contact with consultants and all other stakeholders and government authorities relating to development and construction of the project.
Organise and conduct regular separate and/or combined meetings with the Management Control Team, appointed consultants and contractors relating to brainstorming, data gathering, evaluation & implementation of innovative initiatives, construction/site progress assessment update meetings.
Responsible for driving and managing the urban and master planning, conceptualization, development and construction projects undertaken ;
Develop detailed implementation programs and projects critical path to help inform priority activities and decision making events starting from project inception to handover of completed project to operations team.
Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.
Ensure that the project and operations are carried out in accordance with the best practices and processes, adherence to the approved budget as well as compliance with the relevant laws and authorities’ regulations.
Manage the multiple phases of the project and work with the Management Control Team, Architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors for procurement and supply of suitable materials, mobilization, design, methodology and processes relating to the construction and development of the project.
Ensure that the construction progress and completion adheres to the project timeline and obtaining all relevant authorities approval including Occupation Permit on time.
Manage, prepare, handle and resolve any disputes in relation to tenders, contracts, technical specifications, project schedule, costing and detailed budgeting;
Work with the Management Control Team, Architects and other relevant consultants for preparation and submission of documents, proposals, presentations and drawings to government authorities and obtaining all relevant approvals and permits from securing, constructing & developing the land up till the completion of the project;
