Role OverviewThis position is responsible for managing and supervising construction activities for both high- rise and low- rise residential projects, as well as overseeing technical operations for office developments. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards set by the company.Key Responsibilities• Supervise construction quality to ensure full compliance with technical specifications and approved standards• Manage and control construction progress to meet approved project timelines• Monitor and control project costs and budgets effectively• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements• Identify and resolve construction- related issues in a timely and effective manner• Coordinate closely with internal teams including design, legal, and sales to achieve overall project objectives
