Project Manager/Delivery Manager English, Agile/Scrum

In this role, you will lead the delivery process of a growing team of 10 members, collaborate closely with a Product Owner and act as the key liaison between Vietnam- based developers and European stakeholders, helping strengthen communication, team health, and delivery effectiveness.
Delivery Management
We are looking for a ​Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our Vietnam team and support the growth of a product team working on FiveDegrees – a modern, digital core banking platform. This platform powers seamless, secure, and user- friendly financial services, supporting a wide range of assets and integrating with tools like KYC checks and personal finance management.

Ensure development processes comply with ISAE/SOC2 standards.
Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand- ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Project Manager.
Monitor delivery health: track estimates vs. actuals and take corrective action.
Manage sprints in Jira: initiate/close sprints, update items as needed.

Team Leadership

Organize internal team activities (team- building events, release celebrations, etc.).
Conduct regular 1- on- 1s and annual performance reviews.
Follow up on team time tracking and internal reporting tasks.
Support team well- being, motivation, and professional development.

Cross- regional Communication

Act as the primary liaison between the Vietnam team and European- based leads.
Monitor service desk and support channels and prioritize urgent issues.
Foster alignment, trust, and transparency across locations.
Support the Product Owner in client/team communications as needed.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross- cultural and cross- regional team settings.
Strong command of both English and Vietnamese communication (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, and basic software delivery compliance (e.g., SonarQube, Nexus, time tracking).
4+ years of experience in delivery management, project coordination, or Agile team leadership within a software development team of 8 to 10 members
Hands- on and proactive mindset.
Experience supporting team well- being, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
