Monitor and control the whole software project
Manage Scope, schedule, quality, Project objectives with reasonable cost
Monitors outsourcing team
Allocate resources, assign tasks and facilitate all meetings
Is accountable for the project
Manage risks, issues, CRst
Communicates with stakeholders

At least 3 years experiences in PM roles for Product/Software applications for customers
Ability to handle problems and conflicts
Having PMP is an advantage
Good human resource management ability, outsourcing team
Good communication, flexibility, honesty, creating a happy, effective and sharing working environment.
Has a BA, majoring in Software
Well knowledge about project development life cycle, especially Agile methodology/ Scrum Approach
Ability to capture requirements well, manage Scope, Schedule, Cost well, avoid Scope Creep.
