Project Manager

Lead end- to- end IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

Fluent in English communication.
Experience in identifying, evaluating, and documenting policies, processes, and controls.
Experience in banking domains, with a strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands- on experience in managing software development teams and other cross- functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English to facilitate collaboration among diverse international stakeholders.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in large corporate settings.
