Project Manager (E-Commerce/Software Development)

Key Responsibilities
FPT Telecom is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our E- Commerce Division (ECOM). In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of key software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Project Management & Execution

Manage project Scope, strictly control Change Requests (CRs) to align with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive Project Plans, create detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), timeline, and milestones.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.Identify, analyze, and mitigate Risks, Issues, and Dependencies proactively.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate internal tasks within the Product Development Team (PTSP) and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
Prepare and present periodic project status reports to senior management.
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Act as the primary Focal Point for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

Requirement Management & Deployment

Collaborate with BAs/POs to clarify business requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
Oversee the entire release lifecycle: Development- > Testing- > UAT- > Go- live.
Orchestrate cross- functional teams (Dev, Test, DevOps) to execute the project roadmap.

Quality Assurance & Process Compliance

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and enforce internal quality standards.
Ensure all projects strictly adhere to the company’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Education & Experience

Strong preference for candidates with experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Omnichannel Sales, or Data domains.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Project Planning & Scheduling tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
Strong Risk Management and Change Management capabilities.
Basic knowledge of Software Architecture (sufficient for management- level communication).
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem- solving mindset.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

Domain knowledge in Retail, Telecommunications, or Subscription Services.
Professional certifications: PMP, PMI- ACP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
Background in BA / Tech / Product Management.
Proven track record of managing large- scale, complex systems with multiple parallel teams.
