We will entrust you as PM of System Development Solution with E- commerce ""EC- CUBE"".

To MANAGE Software Development Project including but not Limited to Project Planning, Project Budgeting, Resource Management, Risk

Management, and Quality Management

To WORK with Resource Manager in Japan for Adjustment of Resource Control, etc.
To CO- ORDINATE with other project Stakeholder such as Requirement Definition Team, QC, CC etc. to make sure that the Projects meet Clients’
To CO- ORDINATE with Technical Architect in Technical Risk/Issue Detection and Management
To CO- ORDINATE with QC Team to Define/Tailoring Software Development Process, Quality Control Process to Ensure High Quality Product base on Quantitative Quality Standars ( ISO,CMM )

Requirements.

To PRODUCE activity reports for all Operations of the team (Daily, Weekly & ad- hoc)
To PERFORM other tasks Requested by Stakeholder.
To PARTICIPATE in the quarterly check point and annual Evaluation for all Project’s Members
To MANAGE project Cost via Estimation and Daily Timesheet.・To ORGANIZE a united team where all team members can Communicate & Contribute on Assigned Activities.
To DEVELOP and EXECUTE Srategy with YRGLM Vietnam members for Business Expansion.
To MAKE a development WBS and Schedule to ensure Delivery Product on Time.

Necessary:

University Degree, preferably in IT field
More than 5 years of PM Experience in a Project with 5 or more people
Mastered at least one Project Management Methodology and is familiar with others (Waterfall/Agile/ Scrum, …)
Experience in Ecommerce *EC- CUBE is a BIG PLUS.
Master of at least one Software Development Estimation Method
Experience of Monitoring Project Quality, Risk Management
Experience of at least one Software Development Lifecycle and is familiar with others
Project QCD Management, Problem Solving Skill
Communication Skills (verbal, written)

Japanese Skill
System Development Experience with Japanese Companies/Joint Project Experience with Japanese Engineers
Have Experience of Development Experience using the Cloud (AWS is preferable)

Salary
Twice a year bonus payment (1month&039;s salary is paid in two times, June and December)
