We are seeking a Project Manager in IT with 3–5 years of experience to lead projects and coordinate technical teams effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, especially in English, as you will work with both local and international stakeholders on software and technology- related projects.
Responsibilities

Solid technical understanding, especially in software and web technologies.
Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate control techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication, both internally and with clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Organize and lead stakeholder meetings; ensure smooth and clear communication.
Support resource planning and risk management for project teams.
Detail- oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Provide performance feedback to functional managers.
Estimate, plan, direct, and monitor projects to ensure quality, cost, scope, and timeline are on track.
Guide team members on tasks and deliverables; review output quality and integration.
Manage essential project documentation: plans, budget, schedule, scope.

Must have
Requirements

Certification: PMP certification is required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Core Skills: Strong negotiation, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Language: Proficient English (verbal and written).
Sector: Proven experience in Banking, Finance, or FinTech.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.

Nice to have

Other Certs: Additional relevant professional certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, ITIL).
Aptitude: Strong problem- solving abilities; result- oriented and detail- focused.
Leadership: Experience leading cross- functional or international teams.
