Project Manager (Export - construction products)

Scope of job:

Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and customers to drive the company&039;s growth in the global market.
Develop, implement, and monitor export projects from planning to completion, ensuring that projects meet objectives regarding time, cost, and quality.
Ensure that the company&039;s export process is executed efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations, from document preparation to delivery.

Project Management:

Plan, implement, and monitor the entire process of the aluminum and glass export project from start to finish.
Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring the project is executed within the allowable budget.
Assess risks and propose solutions to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the project&039;s progress and product quality.

Quality Management:

Oversee and inspect product quality, ensuring it meets customers&039; technical and aesthetic standards.
Detect and promptly address issues related to product quality.

Communication and External Relations:

Prepare progress and performance reports for the Board of Directors and relevant parties periodically or upon request.
Establish and maintain good relationships with international customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
Negotiate and resolve issues arising during the project implementation with customers and related partners.

Qualifications:

Graduated with a University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Abilities and Skills:

Proficient in English communication.
Good communication and negotiation skills, especially with international clients.
Willing to travel for business trips when necessary.
Planning and project management skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Skills in inspecting and evaluating product quality according to aesthetic and technical standards.

Experience:

At least 5 years of working experience as an Export Project Manager for developers, investors, project consultants, or subcontractors.
