• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience in Presale , Management Budget and build Team.
• Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills
• Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.
• Experienced in working with Chinese clients.
• Favorable traits include: proactivity, logic, self organization and team player.
• Good understanding of software development process
• Minimum 04 years of working experience in IT software
• Minimum 01 year of proven experience as Delivery Manager/ Project Manager
• Experience in working Outsource environment company.
LANGUAGE SKILLS- Excellent Chinese ability (writing, verbal) and able to communicate effectively at all levels (must be able to present to a group of stakeholders)
