Project Manager

LOGIVAN is looking for a high-performing Project Manager to join the team. We expect the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record. Prior experience in a fast growing start-up would help you be a great cultural fit for LOGIVAN.

This role is all about being flexible and contributing your skills across a variety of business functions. You will lead a small agile team that takes on difficult challenges and projects, and lends support to other teams to supercharge their work.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Performing research from a variety of sources

• Analysing the results of research to extract the core findings

• Presenting your findings clearly to inform business decisions

• Identifying bottlenecks in processes to ensure resources are concentrated correctly

• Using your research to build policies and SOPs that increase team performance

• Collect and analyse requirements from back office and front office, define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management

• Designing SOPs and algorithms that are easy for teams to follow

• Generating ideas for creative solutions to business problems

• Implement and control the project, testing and exploring different solutions to determine which is the best

• Evaluate and close the project, ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

• Sharing your knowledge by leading team training sessions

• Collaborating with other teams on every project

• Leading your team to ensure great results

• Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance

• An organised and analytical approach to work
