Project Manager (Global team: US, GER, Canada)

CUSTOMER & PROJECT

The project requires collaboration with the customer’s in- house IT teams in US, Taiwan, Canada, and Germany. The goal is to build projects that support the company’s operations: Oracle EBS, Data Analysis and Software development.
The customer is global company with operations in the US, Taiwan, Canada, and Germany. The customer specializes in manufacturing computer equipment: Keyboards, RAM, Mouse, SSD, etc.
In addition, the company also has multiple projects embedding software into gaming devices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regularly provide project updates to various stakeholders regarding the strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Coordinate daily meetings to overlap with the customer&039;s Germany timezone.
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Adhere to industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Take responsibility for delivering development tasks within agreed- upon time budgets and timelines.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Forecast the resources required to achieve these objectives and manage them efficiently and effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc

Ability to work independently with customers
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required.
Working experience: 4+ years of Software Project Management
Proactive, self- directed, and a teamwork.
Effective time management, especially under pressure
English proficiency for effective communication
Strong communication, analytical, and logical thinking skills
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Be able to work on projects with international full- grown customers and exchange knowledge with specialists and experts from top IT corporations.
18 Leave days (12 Annual leave, 6 Sick Leave)
