Project Manager Good English

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Understanding of, and experience with AI tools – internal management for efficiency as well as client solutions
Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Ability to push projects forward to completion and manage several projects at once
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Conducting post- project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Coach and promote your team in retrospectives and performance reviews
Time and cost estimations based on client briefs

Yêu cầu công việc

The Project Manager will report directly to the CTO, work closely with the CEO and will possess the following attributes

Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Understanding of Agile software management methodologies and proven experience in putting software development management process in place
Excellent communication skills.
MUST have development(coding) background
Able to analyze and document detailed functional requirements of the software
Proven ability to work well with sales and marketing
Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge to others
Strict dedication to delivering projects within deadlines while adhering to established quality and documentation standards
We believe that you are people oriented and ready to line manage team members and support their individual growth
Ability to estimate development time and implementation of new software
E- commerce experience is a big plus
3+ years of experience in managing the development of software
