Strategic Planning & Project Governance
Oversee the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and close- out.
Ensure compliance with local laws, construction regulations, safety standards, environmental and sustainability requirements.
Develop, maintain, and regularly update comprehensive project management plans, including execution schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
Establish project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision- making protocols.
Project Execution & Quality Assurance
Prepare progress reports for the Executive Board, analyze risks affecting schedule and quality, and propose corrective or preventive actions.
Monitor and control contractors’ progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with the Technical Department to develop and manage the Master Construction Schedule for all project components and packages.
Ensure project completion according to the approved timeline or revised schedules endorsed by the Executive Board.
Lead the preparation, review, and approval of penalty records for contractors failing to meet contractual progress or quality requirements.
Coordinate cross- functional departments (Legal, Design, Procurement, Finance) to ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules.
Site Management & Regulatory Coordination
Coordinate and facilitate internal audits, governmental inspections, and regulatory approvals.
Manage, store, and control project documentation.
Maintain effective working relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and compliant construction operations.
Budget, Cost & Contract Management
Ensure financial discipline across all project phases and packages.
Propose budget adjustments when required due to actual site conditions or strategic directives.
Participate in contractor prequalification, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations to minimize financial exposure and contractual risks.
Collaborate with Finance/Investment and Project Management teams to monitor budget utilization and cost control against the Executive Board–approved budget.
Ensure contracts are executed in a manner that mitigates legal loopholes and financial losses.
Human Resource & Site Administration Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, site regulations, and company policies.
Develop project staffing plans and site operational budgets in line with approved headcount and cost allocations.
Coordinate with the HR Department on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Prepare and submit periodic manpower and training reports.
Organize and oversee training, coaching, and professional development for project team members.
Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by Company Executives in support of strategic objectives.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Skills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of construction regulations and industry standardsExcellent leadership, negotiation, and problem- solving skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience:Minimum 15 years of project management experienceAt least 3 years in a similar senior project management roleProven track record in delivering large- scale hotel or resort developments
Language:
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
