Project manager (Industrial automation)

Company: A high- tech enterprise specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of industrial automation equipment, testing systems, and high- precision fixtures. We provide end- to- end intelligent solutions to global customers in industries such as 3C electronics, semiconductors, automotive, renewable energy, and medical.
Prepare for sample production, control the progress;
Collect, organize, and improve the problem points of fixtures or equipment;
Execute the delivery plan, handle abnormal situations, and provide feedback;
Lead on- site verification, provide on- site support and management;
Conduct pre- sales communication, track after- sales issues, and handle customer complaints.
Participate in discussions with the R&D team, organize and propose the DFM plan;
Initiate project filing, establish the project team, set goals, and arrange the plan;
Lead project reviews (before, during, and after the project), promote improvements;

Fluent in English or Chinese.
At least three years of working experience, with experience in equipment or the 3C industry, and English can be used as the working language;
Possess good communication skills, project management skills, execution ability, and excellent organizational and coordination skills.
College degree or above, graduated from a major in mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science or English;
