JOB SUMMARY
Providing logistical oversight, support and co-ordination to assist project PIs in implementation of this project.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The post-holder will work closely with OUCRU PIs and the international team to implement the innovations project. This will involve
•Liasing with team members face-to-face, or by email/social media
•Coordinating/making travel arrangements (with assistance of OUCRU travel team) – including arranging permissions, visas etc for foreign visitors
•Providing detailed and real-time budgetary reports to PIs (with assistance of finance team)
•Day-to-day logistics for clinical trial set up and implementation (eg ethics, hospital payments, IT systems)
•Overseeing progress of clinical studies and liasing with clinical trials unit staff
•Organising annual team meeting plus additional ones if necessary
•Co-ordinating and arranging regular communications between team members, recording and writing up these meetings
•Ensuring the project is carried out in compliance with OUCRU and Oxford policies (et ICT, data management) and that team members are also compliant
Other duties which may be assigned from time to time, for example covering some study duties.

Initially for one year, including a 2 month probation period, with possibility of extension.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
•Degree in a relevant discipline
•Management experience
•Well developed troubleshooting capacity and clarity of thought
•Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work within tight deadlines
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team environment using modern communication tools (skype; dropbox etc.)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
•Team worker, able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with multi-disciplinary teams
•High level of English language proficiency and fluent VIETNAMESE
DESIRED CRITERIA
•Experience in logisitics
•Experience in hospital or clinical management
•Understanding of academia, research or not-for-profit working environment
BENEFITS
-Contracted salary: Negotiable (depending on actual experience and education).

-Two months’ salary for annual bonus and clothes
-Annual leave 18 days/year for the first year, a maximum of 30 days
Other responsibilities and benefits are based on Viet Nam Labour Law.
