General Description:
You will be primarily responsible for leading the end- to- end implementation of the company’s software solutions (BonBon Shop, VisibilityPro, DeliveryPro) for clients — from initial planning to successful and stable operation. In addition, you will oversee post- deployment support, coordinate technical issue resolution, and maintain long- term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation
· Plan, coordinate, and monitor the software implementation progress.
· Collaborate with related departments (BA, DEV, etc.) to define project scope and timelines.
· Organize workshops with clients, support testing, conduct training, and facilitate acceptance.
· Identify risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
Post- Go- Live Support
· Manage the maintenance phase after handover: coordinate issue resolution and system updates.
· Consolidate and report incidents clearly and comprehensively.
· Write and regularly update user documentation.
· Manage client change requests, ensuring delivery quality and deadlines.
Customer Relationship Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during and after implementation.
· Monitor customer satisfaction, organize regular reviews, and propose improvement initiatives.
· Understand business goals to build long- term, trust- based partnerships.
Internal Process & Team Coordination
· Work closely with DEV, BA, and QC teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
· Continuously improve deployment processes and contribute to internal SOP development.
· Onboard and mentor new team members; support performance evaluation activities.
· Assist the Sales team with technical input and implementation planning.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
· Bachelor&039;s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
· At least 5 years of experience in project implementation, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
· Preferred: Experience in B2B software, distribution systems, or retail technology.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum working methodology.

· Excellent communication and coordination with clients and internal teams.
· Strong problem- solving and risk management mindset, with a high sense of responsibility.
· Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and presentation tools
